TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and reservations of tickets from the website and in person. If you purchase or reserve a ticket from the website, this means you have accepted The Terms and Conditions.

Museum Admission

Ticket Availability: Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis online or in person. Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. It is the responsibility of the booking party to complete his or her purchase within the allocated time limit, or the selected tickets will be released and made available to others. There are no waitlists.
Ticket Reservations and Redemption: All Museum visitors ages 3 and up, including Museum Members must have a valid ticket to be admitted to the gallery or event. Tickets are scanned before admission to the Galleries or events.

If you have a physical Museum guest pass or voucher, they must be redeemed in person at the front desk. Expired or outdated passes and vouchers will not be accepted.

The Museum does not tax or add service fees to tickets – subject to change.

Digital Ticketing: Tickets to the Boca Raton Museum of Art are sent electronically following your ticket purchase online. Tickets will not be mailed. You may print the PDF ticket in your email confirmation or present your digital ticket on your mobile device.
Order Confirmation: When you complete a purchase or reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email. This will enable you to access your tickets. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Box Office. Also check your spam or junk folder.
Customer Confidentiality: All customer information provided during sales is securely stored for completion of sale and reporting. Customer mailing addresses may be used for future Museum mailings and offerings unless otherwise requested. The Museum respects the privacy of its constituents and does not trade or sell its mailing list to other entities for any purpose. Refund Policy

Refunds and rescheduling: Admission and event tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a complete cancellation due to a museum closure. Tickets for fundraising events are not eligible for return but may be acknowledged as a fully tax-deductible donation.

Refunds will not be issued in person.

There are no refunds for no shows, unused tickets and no refunds after an event has ended. For special circumstances, refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase.

Canceled, Postponed and Rescheduled Events: The Boca Raton Museum of Art reserves the right to cancel a class/event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the program/event non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a program/event, registrants will have the option to transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Otherwise your purchase will be acknowledged as a donation to the Museum.
In the case that a refund is approved, funds will not be automatically refunded at the time of cancellation.

Memberships & Donations: Memberships and Donations are non-refundable.

Museum Store Purchases: All sales final. Store credit only within 30 days. Must have receipt and original packaging/tags.

Group Sales: All group ticket sales are final and non refundable but they can be rescheduled if notification is provided at least 5 days before the date of your visit. Facility Rental: Please see refund policy as stated in Facility Rental contract.

Resale or Disclosure of Information to Third Parties:

The Boca Raton Museum of Art does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including membership forms or email lists.

SMS Notifications:

The Boca Raton Museum of Art does not share any personal information, including SMS opt-in consent, with any third-party organizations.

Browser Information Collected on the Website:

The Boca Raton Museum of Art analyzes our website logs to constantly improve the value of the materials available on website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Privacy of our Email List:

The Boca Raton Museum of Art maintains several email lists to keep Boca Raton Museum of Art members informed about breaking events. Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our mailing lists by signing up on our website. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized Boca Raton Museum of Art, including other list subscribers.
